With over 40 years’ experience in the Conveyor Belt Industry and a splicing background, I have gained extensive management and leadership skills with a strong background in developing, organising and implementing policies, procedures and work practices to high professional standards.
I have specialist expertise as a Senior Manager and Trainer in Conveyor Belt Installation and Splicing. My experience also includes being designated Quality Assurance Representative, including setting up, developing and reviewing Quality Assurance Accreditation and auditing training programs.
With an in-depth understanding of market trends and successful service delivery in a competitive market, I have a proven track record in successfully negotiating and finalising major projects within designated timeframes and budget
